I discovered these cracked welds on the front passenger side axle housing. They are to hold the axle sleeve in place I believe. Anyone know if I can take to a weld shop and they drill the old welds out and reweld? Yes, I may have hit something rather hard while jeeping…. Thanks!

Yep. The 2 inch rule. Stock wheel at 7.5 wide can get 11.5 tires. Any bigger, need new wheels. Safety issue or money making scheme?? ?

Yep. Will need wheel spacers like the Terras or Quadratech brand. The 37 BFG is one of the smallest 37’s out there measuring at 35 and some small change. I would suggest Nitto Recons in 37x11.5
