Thx. Yeah I agree. After digging into this and hearing from some of you I'm just gonna make the drive and get it done right. I was thinking 4.88 but now I'm leaning 5.13. Thx
Thx. I have 37 inch Katanis to put on. They weigh 72lbs which is what my present 35s weigh. And their smaller 37s so I'm hoping I'll be good with just the Mopar lift on my Sport. There's a lot of room right now with Wildpeak at 35s. If I need to I'll add a 3/4 inch front spacer. Thx!
Thx! Yeah - my head's starting to hurt from reading all the different options and opinions, but I agree. I wanna do it right. So thx for taking the time to share your experience. I appreciate it. Did you have a Jeep dealership do it or did you find an off road shop? The 2 Jeep dealers in my...
Thank you a ton for the advice! I just read about Yukons and was leaning towards Dana. You pushed me over the edge. I’ll look at the 5.13s as well. Just gotta find the right shop. The 2 Jeep dealers in my area don’t have much experience with regearing so I might have to drive a couple hours...
Hey I'm getting ready to regear my 2022 Sport. I have some 37inc Katanis about to go on and want to go from 3.73 to 4.88. I'm in the learning process so wanted to know from those of you who've done it. Do you think Dana Spicer is the best route? Yukon? Revolution? Appreciate any advice any of...
I know this is a long shot but just wondering if anyone has a shop you'd recommend in the southwest Wisconsin area for a regear. I live in LaCrosse so I'm on the border of SW Wisconsin and Minnesota. There are 2 Jeep dealers in the area but neither seemed all the confident or experienced...
The dealer was fairly clueless about all things Jeep. We did test drive it, but we never had to stop. I'm 99% sure the guy didn't know it had it. It had the Mopar lift on it with 35's and the guy was trying to tell me it was all stock. No joke. I tried telling him even though I was new to...
Well I ordered 37 inch Katani Trail Hogs yesterday so I'll post some pics once I get em on. I know its a bit risky going off brand but they have lots of great reviews and I got 4 em for just over a thousand bucks delivered to my house. Worth a shot!
Ia anyone using the Clayton adjustable track bar? They say they've tested it to be able to store a 37 inch spare. The Nitto Ridge Grappler is the tire they have pics of stored underneath but say all 37s will fit with it - even some 38s. I'm thinking of order 37 inch Kanati Trail Hogs and...
I know this post is old but I was wondering if that's a Sport? If so are those 37's? And if they are do you have a lift or any other mods? I'm asking cuz I presently have Wildpeak ATW 35s with the Mopar Lift and am close to pulling the trigger on the Kanatis 37s. Just wondering if you have...
This is some of the info I've gotten on the idea (not sure its accurate):
If you do need to use a smaller spare, consider putting it on the right front, and move that original (if it wasn’t the damaged tire already) to the damaged tire location. The right front tire free spins in 2wd due to the...
