Dealer said June was higher than May. According to the sheet, they didnt change. I dont have July yet. The MF sheet i posted was sent to me by a friend, not the dealership. They keep this close to the chest.
Sounds about right. I ordered a Rubicon, $60,680 MSRP, 5% under invoice brought it to $54,091. Rolling in tags and acquisition fee brought my adjusted cap cost to approx. $54,700. First month only down, $599 per month 39/12. They said my rate changed and new payment is $616
Sorry. I should have provided additional context. The thing with the money factor, it’s never listed in a lease contract. A dealer could tell you the money factor changed and your payment is going up. Bad business but it happens to make a few extra $$ on the backend.
Not sure if you guys are leasing, but the MF % changed from May to June so the quoted payment will go up. Mine went up $17 p/m. Waiting to see what July rates looks like. This is specifically with US Bank
Ordered Silver Rubi on 5/2. KZ S status since 6/6 with no dealer delivery ETA. They escalated this to "transit team" today and the expected updated is 3-4 days.
Anyone else getting a redirect to a salesforce.com login page when they try to contact Jeep chat?

I told them I was getting 6% under in NC with FCA affiliate and they said we can do 5% same JT. Buyers ordered signed at 5% under. Send Kate an email if you [email protected]
dealership is Courtesy Jeep in Coatesville, PA
I ordered my JT from Kate on 5/3. Silver Rubi. KZ status as of today. 5% under invoice with FCA affiliate. I created a thread in early May informing other forum members of the deal. Kate was cool with it. Customer orders only though for the 5% under deal.
You are correct. Based on my several conversations with her she said the same to me. $500 refundable deposit and 5% under invoice on custom orders with FCA affiliate. Dealers must make something on that FCA affiliate to be accepting it on customer orders.
That’s seems way off! It should be 5% off the lowest price listed on that sheet. Then add dispo fee, tags, etc. Ask her if she’s giving you 5% under invoice and what that price is..
Same adjusted cap cost and $ down? Also, depending upon your local tax rate the lease payment can go up or down. Since I’m outside of Philadelphia my monthly lease tax is 6%sales tax +3% . If you register in Philadelphia it’s 8% sales tax plus 3%. A lot of factors can come into play.
