Yup it is confirmed shipped. And it was not fixed before leaving Toledo so Its going to sit at the dealer until they get the recall parts. This GD company is amazing. They had best hope I absolutely love this truck because I will Never Ever do business with them again.
I just received an email from Jeep saying my Gladiator has shipped.
We will see! Not sure if its fixed, will have to get on the list once at the dealer of what.
But I guess that's better than being pushed out for the 50th time.
My order was confirmed March 14th so its ben 7 months. Not even...
Thats what the recall fixes for an existing unit and that has been in place all along. They have been under federal safety recall with a "No sale" attached on new ones for 6 months. They cant just say we will fix it if it breaks! They need a permanent fix. On the Cummins motors, they went back...
I heard the same thing. My truck has been built since May in Toledo waiting for the recall parts.
The dealer said they dont know what the fix it but its been announced, Not sure to who yet. LOL
Dealer said that it was announced that parts are now available for the CP4.2 recall.
Anyone know what the fix is?
Has anyone heard if the stop sale is lifted?
Wouldn't they fix the trucks already built at the dealers and in Toledo first?
My dealer and we checked one more said the fix was in but...
And now another month is here and not a word from jeep. No parts, no deliveries and still under Stop Sale. But we can order you a new one and here is what the 2024s will look like!
Most screwed Brand I have ever done business with. I would give anything if I didnt have so much time invested in...
Now it is September. They are excepting orders for 2023 diesels only again. Service departments still have no parts and our new trucks are still sitting in storage. Pushed my ship date a out another 10 days for the umpteenth time since May. We will be lucky to see our 2023s by 2024.
Yes, on diesel Gladiators, since May! federal safety recall for the CP4.2 that is on every single eco diesel ever made. Mine is built and sitting in storage, no parts available to fix them yet.
How about delivering ours before offering up new models. Mine was ordered in March and built in May ready to ship and moved to storage for the National stop sale on all diesels. so you cant even ship them today but you can take orders on new ones. Makes total sense to me.
The moved my estimate ship date from the 11th to the 28th now.
At what point do you pull the plug? Im kinda tired of having my chain jerked every week.
