Our full height is about 2" lower than the top of the roof. So if your AluCab base needs more clearance than that it would be pretty easy to mount it to some 2" spacers. The plastic spacers they use for bump stop extensions work great for such things.
12.5" and 21.5" is the height of the rack from the tops of the bed respectively. We don't have the engineering data on the bed of the gladiator as that information is propitiatory to Jeep, so all we can go off if from the data that we are given. You are correct that the rack sitting on the bed...
Some photos from last weekend in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore on a quick anniversary/color tour trip with my wife. The Gladiator worked very well as our adventuremobile. A mix of shots from my Galaxy S10, GoPro Hero 6, and Canon M6. Enjoy!

This is directly in reference to our Bed Rack at JCR, but it should help you with some other manufactures racks as well if they mount like ours.
A roll-up cover is really the only non-permanent way to cover your bed if you have a bed rack. There isn't a lot of room on the bed rails for a cover...
We celebrated our 17 year anniversary this year.
Again on the rack, we're unwilling to lose everything in a negligence lawsuit when we pretend that setting a rack on the ground and loading it until failure has any relevance to how it performs mounted to a truck bed bouncing down the trail...
Our JT Classic Sliders are based on a design we have been beating on for years. The unique design of the JK, JL, & JT body mounts allows us to bolt the sliders to the body mounts and the pinch weld on the tub. This creates a stiff mounting setup that allows the sliders to flex with the tub...
So sorry that we missed this post! Didn't see the notification for some reason. I will have customer support figure out what is going on with the replacement hardware. Sorry for the hassle!

Jeep rates the bed at 500lbs.
Yes, we will be there, come find us :)
Rain is ok if you take your time sealing it up. Automatic carwash does blow in between the top of the gate and the cover.
If we told you that the rack can carry 1,000lbs but your bed just crushed in half because it was only designed for 500lbs, how was that 1,000lb number good information? We carry an insanely expensive liability policy, but part of actually staying insurable is not making dumb claims that put...
Here at JCR we offer front and rear steel fender flares for your Gladiator as well as Aluminum Inner fenders. More information on each can be found on their individual product pages:

Jeep rates their Trail Rails at a maximum vertical static load capacity of 250 lbs. per rail side. Our rack is stronger than that, as much of the load is carried on the bed rail tops, but we recommend staying inside Jeeps specifications. We don't list the load capacity of our rack because that...
We have two options. Our Classic Slider that bolts onto the body mounts and pinch weld and our Crusader that mounts to the body mount and body. Both are designs that we have tested extensively, and both offer a ton of protection from rocks, trees, and the occasional shopping cart...
