Now that I have had the Metalcloak one for a bit, I would say I like this option way more than the Infinite Offroad set I had before. You DO have to drill a hole in the fender for the side marker lights but honestly, I feel like this design prevents it from flapping in the wind as the side...
I always check these threads out and get freaked out because I have a 23 JTR with 52k miles on it. It drives fine, no codes, no CEL, but I do feel like the engine does have a tick at idle that to me is nothing more than an auditory annoyance. I keep thinking I may take it to the dealer just in...
Yeah the description says " We are now using black aluminum dzus fasteners to better blend in with most coating options. " I have never had an issue with them coming undone when I did not want them to or any rattling or anything. I like em 🤷‍♂️
Jeep JL/JT Quick-Release Front Inner Fenders –...
I know they had gotten some flak for customer service on a thread here recently, but I have the American Adventure Labs quick release inner fenders. You just need an allen key to pop those babies right off and have full access to the engine bay via the inner wheel if necessary. I opted for no...
Thankfully caught it, added oil (almost a quart after two weeks of daily driving) got a new filter and put the O ring in the correct place and the code as well as oil seepage disappeared.
Convenient that this thread popped up this week because this JUST HAPPENED...
Was driving home from work threw a P06DD code and immediately mind went to the worst place.. Well I got home checked the oil level and it was low and then saw oil sitting in the valley below the oil filter housing...
I kind of feel bad when I order something from them and a real person calls me and leaves a voicemail thanking me for my order and letting me know they'll be getting it out soon. I am usually at work. Just wanna answer and be like "I don't need anything but you are awesome":clap:
I like that other companies are finally starting to offer these as an option. I do not like this design personally. I am sure they will sell though! Had a deer rip off my driver side taillight once and am still deciding on a better option to replace it.
I had the Infinite Offroad kit and while I liked the look, I had to replace the passenger side two times with their warranty. The white running light went out both times, but the blinker still worked. They do stand by their warranty, and I received replacements quickly. I live in Buffalo NY and...
Hey, my friend runs that club. Chris is a good dude went down to Allegheny with them a few months ago.
The property they are doing it at in Attica is actually awesome. There are a lot of different levels of trails. First time I ever went, unbeknownst to me, they took me on "Pucker Hill" in my...
I have had positive experiences with AAL and love the quick release inner fenders. +1 here on them hoping they can figure out the logistics and get rocking again. Best of luck to the OP!
I have been slacking but I started an Instagram account @AbyssOffroad Hoping this spring to get out with more trail videos, installation tutorials and gear reviews.
Hey everyone. I am from the Buffalo, NY area and previously owned a 2016 Willys JKU. Been lurking since I picked up my 2023 Rubicon in August. Jokingly called it Abyss since that’s where it seems all my money goes.
