I read on an older thread that it was necessary to add a resistor across the speaker wires to fool the UConnect that the oem speakers were still installed. Is this still the case with the newer JT's?

Typically I use my music library from my iPhone and stream Quboz hi res files. Frankly I would love recording studio quality however I have a kid in college and spending 10k on a stereo for my truck is not on the horizon I would like to keep myself around the 2 k mark though.

Ordered Direct. Fronts fit after messing around with them for a bit. Rears actually rub on the door frame at the top rear above the latch. Small amount of play in the bolt on hinges however even with the door pushed into the hinge completely there just isn't enough room. I would have to grind...

It is virtually impossible to get in touch with this company. I bought side rails and matching tubular doors from them for my 21 Mojave and the rear doors do not fit. Email, instagram, company website, Voicemail and Zero response from them. Next step is credit card dispute.
