You make some good points, but again I’m not towing with a midsize truck that heavy anyways, even if they are “rated” for it. There are plenty of ppl who tow on this forum that have never had an issue or complained about their Gladiator when towing. If you need to tow 7000lbs on a regular basis...
Yeah I think the hybrid max capacity is lower than just the standard 2.4 turbo or whatever it is. Don’t quote me on that. But I think that’s what it is. But the Jeep will always sell less. Since apparently they drive so much worse and their god awful reliability. Haha. I’ve owned three jeeps...
Just towing alone, I have not looked up payload.
The ranger has a max of 7500
Tacoma has a max of 6500
Colorado 7700
And Gladiator 7650
So that’s gonna depend how you configure your truck. Mine is rated for like 7200. But if I’m towing that much I would be getting a full size.
Edit: I did a...
Are you saying big payloads and towing capacity in their midsizes? I wouldn’t say that is drastically enough to change sales on Gladiators. They are all with in a couple hundred lbs or so I would assume.
If the propane heater is pulling air out wouldn’t you essentially be venting it though. So wouldn’t you get less condensation with it? Condensation occurs when there is no ventilation correct?
Nice, I found this through Colorado 4x4. I know you said you were against diesel heat with getting another fuel source. But I emailed them if it was just another Chinese knock off and they responded to me this morning. I said I didn want to buy one for 100 on Amazon then it’s finicky and just...
Right right, guess I lost track bout the condensation topic. Was more so talking bout some ways to stay warm. I think regardless like you said you’ll always get condensation unless you do a diesel heater. I keep going back and forth bout it. I’ve seen a few ppl now get those anti condensation...
Yeah the infinite budgets is what really turned me off from lite brite and her god awful narrating. Rather see stuff that everyday ppl can achieve. Nate from dirtlifestyle does everything on his own and doesn’t go over the top with his builds. He’s prob easily my favorite channel.
@chorky What rtt do you have? I have an ikamper xcover 2.0 and I recently bought ikampers insulation tent for it. It’s basically a quilted liner that’s in the tent. I have an electric blanket, and North faces’s dolomite one duo sleeping bag. I believe it’s a 15 degree bag. I have not used any of...
I have seen a couple of there vids I like em! Two newer channels I just followed are conquest overland and off the grind. You just have to deal with the bronco in it haha. Which
