They have four rectangular washers, one for each side. I’m not sure how these are supposed to go back in. It doesn’t appear that there is any tab to hold the washers in place

I messaged Jeep Cares after I found that my steering box order had been cancelled. They called me back and said they were working on getting the part. A week later the dealer called and said it was in. Going in Friday for the work. Fingers crossed... I've hardly been driving the Gladiator cause...

Just heard mine was cancelled after being told 10 days to get. No ETA from dealer. Contacting Jeep Cares but Im sure nothing will happen.

My dealer (ADAMS JEEP) just told me the same thing. Jeep cancelled all their orders and they don't know when they can reorder again yet.

Just checked mine at 4k miles. All loose, by at least a half a turn

Just torqued down my steering box bolts. 4,000 miles on it. Had to go at least one half turn to get to torque spec! Hope this helps mine. I'm in line for the new steering box
