So here is the update. The dealer finally looked at it and their conclusion is that the seatbelts were cut. Which makes no sense to me. They want me to pay the $1200 to get the whole thing fixed. If what they say is true- someone broke into my car and cut the belts-- wanting to do harm to me...

I tried to make an appointment at my local dealer toddy but they don’t even answer their phone anymore. I also put in a request on the Stellantis website. Hopefully I’ll hear something soon.

Nor have I. Its also very scary. Had I been in an accident in the past- the belt would've failed since before it fully ripped- it must have been degraded. My 6 year old could've been seriously injured or killed.

Just wondering if you guys had any problems getting the bolts into the bed. It seems like the factory bed liner gummed up the holes and I cant get the JCS supplied bolts to go in. I read on another thread that some folks have used a threading tap to clear things out?
