You could use the 2 outer clamps and mount a crossbar on top of them. Drill your light mounting holes in the crossbar and fit them where you like. Would raise the lights the thickness of the crossbar as well.
Finally installed the Fuel Ammo wheels and 35x12.5x17 KM3’s after finding out I had to get aftermarket lug nuts. Went with Pro Comps in black. Programmed the Tazer Mini for the tires as well. Now just have to check accuracy.

Folded, the smaller seat is approx 13x20x26. The large seat is approx 13x30x26
13” is the bottom of lower pad to back of rear section folded down

I remember when the chipped keys first came out, you’d go get another key made and installers would hide it up behind the dash for remote starts to operate. Maybe something like this would work for you except replace push button with ignition key switch
Make sure you ask about depreciated value amount being added to the total bill. This is extra money in your/banks pocket as the value of the truck dropped with this accident
Might push it closer to total value.....
