I’ve cut aluminum plate with a straight edge and circular saw with fine carbon tooth blade. I use the same type blade on my miter saw for cutting aluminum square tube, angle and narrow flat stock. Just cut slow.

You run the cables thru stock holes in the floor with provided grommets. Then seal with silicone - not provided. I have these on my 2.5” lifted, 35” tire, Texas Trail diesel.

Completely agree. Love mine. They sent wrong wiring kit so had to remove switch and relay to connect to aux switch. Wired to #4 as well

More than likely, your wiring that came with the light has a relay built in it. You can remove all the wiring other than a ground from the light and the power wire (wire only) from the Aux switch wiring to the light. The Aux switch system already incorporates a relay and fuse.
