I too have issue with their customer service. Lost out on a rebate for a bumper because they didn’t have the inventory they claimed they had. Instead of sending me rebate paperwork they made me chase 4 different companies for it only to find out I missed the window due to delayed shipment.

I have a pair of oakleys I store in the soft carrying case with a drawstring. For now I hang them on my windshield wiper arm. I’m new to Jeeps so definitely getting used to maximizing the storage options!

I’m in the same boat. Ordered 11/19, in D1 with a 1/10 ship date.

Chapman is no deposit required either. In terms of buying out of state, I purchased my wife's car from Delaware and the dealer handled all MA registration requirements. I drove on temp tags for 30 days until the plates showed up. No issues on my end and was a great experience.
