    Not sure that matters as this bumper even in JK form should bolt on. But on second thought, not 100% sure about the skid plate.

    Mr Triple XXX :) normally it ships with the vehicle, apparently they had a supplier issue at the time your Jeep was ready to go.... it sucks but they will get one to you.....
