Their customer service has been absolutely horrible for at least a year. I've been having address issues on every single one of my orders. I moved and made sure my address is correct on every single one of my new orders. When I get the confirmation email it has my old address. I try to get a...
First, great write up!
I am currently trying to swap out my steering wheel with an aftermarket version and I am currently stuck on the airbag removal portion, specifically the wiring on the back. I got the airbag yellow plugs very easily. However the one lower plug that is black in color is...
I got my Armorlite system installed last night! The install was very straightforward and the quality is fantastic. I took it for a quick test drive on the interstate and the noise from outside the cabin is reduced dramatically! I don't hear as much of the road noise, engine sound, or my...
Yes, but the whole experience from start to finish at the dealership was absolutely ridiculous. They were having a hard time putting my vehicle in as a 2021. They kept blaming "software issues" and the fact that they were conveniently, or inconveniently, swapping to new software was their...
I have a 2021 Gladiator that was built in 21 and I have been having this issue quite a bit (TSB says built on or before September 30th 2020). I even took it to a local Jeep dealership but they said they could not "replicate the issue"... I guess I'm going to have to search some and see if I can...
What you are saying makes sense. I ran into similar issues using the stock Trail rail system. However I was able to get the mounting hardware over the center bolts. It was tight but I didn't have to remove them. Additionally, I was able to put the end caps back on as the edge of the mounting...
The fact that it came on a pallet is probably a plus. It also looks like they've changed some of the packaging. I'd be curious how everything fared in the transit.
After 2 weeks of driving around with the rack installed I decided to do an inspection and see if any bolts needed to be tightened or if anything had backed out. To my surprise I discovered two of the carriage bolts attaching the rack feet to my bed rail had broken. I haven't really been doing...
I installed via the rail system. Just make sure you leave everything very loose. Also, on one side do not put in the upper bolts that hold the rack feet on (there is a single long bolt that goes through the uprights and then two small bolts that go through the uprights, leave the two small bolts...
My apologies for the late reply. For some reason I never got a notification of this post. Yes, if you order the same model number they will come keyed alike.
Here is the link that I purchased from...
Just wanted to share a couple locks I got for the table system. Having something that was weather resistant and somewhat rubberized to keep noise low was part of my criteria. I found the "ABUS 70/35 KA Solid Brass Weatherproof Padlock Keyed Alike (Code - 6301), Black" locks on Amazon. The...
Getting the actual rack installed on the trail rail system was a bit of a pain. When you first set it on, the carriage bolts that are through a plate which is inserted into the trail rail barely poke through the rack's mounting feet; they also are coming up at a pretty extreme angle and not...
Finally got my rack mounted! I used the trail rail mounting method. It was a little bit of a pain but after loosening up all of the bolts (even more) I managed to get it to fit. I used a little bit of loctite on all of the table shoulder bolts to make sure they didn't back out.
Just wondering, what lights are you running on the rack? I'm trying to figure out what will get up over the cab with a hardtop.
BTW, I also managed to get the threaded inserts on the cross bars after reaching out to Go Rhino. I told them this is one of the reasons I bought the rack as it was...
Despite the heartburn it does look good! I'm also glad the longer bolts worked out for you. BTW, someone else on this thread mentioned some touch up paint if you want to paint the bolts black. I used "Mopar 68060405AB Jeep Wrangler Black Hard Top Touch Up Paint" and it matched pretty well.
