Search for Tazer/Tazer Lite/Tazer Mini on google. It is a programmer that allows you to disable the ASS/no seatbelts chime, change tire size for speedometer calibration, perform light shows, etc...
Auto start/stop "ASS" is not going anywhere due to fuel efficiency standards...but it can be deactivated with a Tazer. Not sure what holes you're referring to???
If you have the Max Tow fenders, the DRL's and turn signals are the same as a Rubicon non-LED fender - individual lights for the DRL & turn signal. The Sport/Sport S non Max Tow have a single piece fender and only a turn signal w/out DRL's. This is the fitment difference that is listed.

I installed the Aries cowl mount and discovered that it didn't leave enough room for the nut between the mount and the hood so I bought some longer bolts and doubled them up. It actually looks pretty cool and worked perfectly. 52" single row across the hood and 2 - 3" pods on each side.

The high line fenders that come stock on a Rubicon are available after market for ~$600-700. I believe that and removing the air dam is all you would need to run 35's. See below for air dam reference: 1st pic with and 2nd pic without.
