So, when I googled it I saw that too and got worried. Then I read a couple other Chrysler forums referencing that location and it looks like a shipment staging yard that does both truck and train. anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong on that. The lady told me truck but didn't sound all...
so apparently my rig is sitting in "nitro Creek" waiting to be loaded. Laurie from the customer service phone number said it looks like it is going truck ?
yippee ki yay motha ......! (for the sake of christmas spirit)
My window sticker just hit the crytotracker!
I imagine thats a good thing? wonder if that means I shipped?
awesome! thanks!
I'd update your tracker but I've learned the hard way that anything even remotely close to an excel format does not mix well with me. For everyone's benefit on here ill stay far away from that thing.
i called the customer service line to verify what jeep chat told me and they said the last update was today at 1AM saying "endgate/rebay at facility". ...so...i'm assembled?

of course after seeing all of this i knee jerk and decide to finally ask the dealer to do something. they've been less than helpful thus far so i've been avoiding it.
i finally email them and the guy i've been working with is on vacation till 12/9
-smacks self in face with shovel- (sorry...
i have no experience with their aluminum products, but I've purchase quite a bit of their steel builder parts. trusses and coil mounts and whatnot. Artec's pieces are always topnotch.
