Looks like more of an installation issue. I just finished mine a couple weeks ago. If you take your time and use a heat gun or steamer you can get it tight and wrinkle free.

Correct. No issues with 35s. I’m going to have the wheels and tires remounted and balanced tomorrow. The 2 currently up front have 12 and 13oz worth of stick on weights.
