Update: -Went back to the dealer and said I found nothing about a 1 year 12k warranty, he asked other advisors and turns out he was wrong however that dealership does not have a body shop so they can't even do the warranty claim so they sent me to their other store that does have a body shop...

I'm less concerned with the plastic, more so with the hood fading. Hopefully @JeepCares is able to help me resolve my issue with the dealership completely dismissing the claim.

I have not, I may take it to another dealer during lunch tomorrow to see what they say. Tomorrow is the last day of my 3/36
