IMO 315/70R17 is the perfect combo. Jeep recommends additional equipment when installing 37’s. If you’re not wheeling weekly and it’s your daily driver I’d stick with 35’s. 37’s unequivocally put a great strain on the drive tran components. Premature wear is a matter of when not if. 37’s also...
Thanks for the input gentleman...4 total it is. Man that’s a bummer...I definitely thought I had seen early pictures with 6, maybe not. I do like the DIW idea.
So I got Gladys today and for some reason I thought there were 6 tie downs...the ones that swivel and are inside the 3 trail rails, 2 on each one. Mine has 4 total, 2 on drivers and 2 on passengers side. Should there be 2 against the back of the bed? Here’s a picture of what I’m talking about to...
Gladys arrived today! Going to pick her up tomorrow. Getting new shoes, BFG KO2 315/70R17’s, Mopar Rubber Floor mats and a 67 Design dash universal phone holder.
I appreciate your appreciation...with that said. This past fall I hit a turkey with my 2018 JK. Turkey dam near came through the window and bent the window frame. Luckily owning a Jeep makes this repair easy. Short version, bolt new window in place of damaged. However, after getting a leak the...
I will be picking my LE up today or tomorrow. This status just hit. For those of you that live close enough to Toledo they don’t go by rail, just truck. For reference: I ordered mine on 4/3, was built 5/17, will take delivery 6/17 or 6/18....that’s 76-77 days from order to delivery. Well within...
That is entirely normal and not something you should waist time fixing. Every Jeep will do this with a hard or soft top when you open the door. As long as it’s not leaking in while the vehicle is parked, doors shut....I also wouldn’t worry.
Well....It’s time for me to cut the cord and go back to no forms of social media. I remembered today that I don’t do social media, never even had Facebook. There’s a reason for this...I have found myself becoming very cynical and critical over the new Gladiator. My excitement about the delivery...
Install it yourself and save the cash! There are plenty of YouTube videos to do this and the directions are pretty concise. Up to my first install of a lift I had never did it before and it wasn’t as bad as I had thought it would be. Took me 2.5 days the first time alone on a JK. Must haves...
1: LE’s weren’t intended to be the first delivered. Again, it’s a commemorative model.
2: Of all the Wranglers I’ve owned, this interior is quite complex. I think it screams jeep heritage and was completely thought out. Best yet imo. As far as it being similar to a Sahara?...a little, but...
As soon as ol’Gladys hits the dealer it will get those lovely all black LE wheels wrapped in some BFG KO2 315/70R17’s..........NO Lift. Hoping it will be a perfect combo. Also a 67 Design phone mount. I’ll post pictures. Hopefully I take delivery tomorrow, fingers and toes crossed. Later will be...
Bahahahahaha:CWL::LOL::CWL::LOL::CWL: Millennial driving a JTLE....$62,310. Millennial driving a Prius.....Priceless!....but not this millennial! That was good!
