Not the same engine, but in my Duramax 3.0 I don't recall ever smelling def. Even during a regen phase in freezing temps. Come to think of it, I can't recall smelling def in any diesel I have owned aside from when I was pouring it in. What brand are you using? Potential leak somewhere?
Looks great! Yea I got this truck a month or so ago and work from home so prob not gonna see me around town much. I live up north so I am mainly in the flying horse and black forest area

- Baja LP6's

Still need to adjust...
Came from a Duramax 3.0 and still super happy with this engine. Wouldn't tow with it like I would my Sierra but not really missing diesel aside from the engine noise. I do miss that.
Not today...but over the weekend I installed the Mopar steel stubby bumper. Very happy with it. Hardest part was swapping the Mojave tow hooks into it. Not hard, just took extra time because of it. I decided to go with the Rubicon skid plate since it fits perfect. I don't care for the silver...
Dude this build is so sick. Loving it. I was debating 35’s and 37’s but I am trying to remain able to fit in my garage so probably going to stay 35’s with the stock lift. Debating just saying screw it and doing 37’s on stock lift but we will see
