I read a thread bout this not long ago. The consensus was the various bug deflectors did little to stop the bugs and at best just moved the splatters to the top half of the windshield. I want to say that it was in the same thread someone installed exoshield to help prevent rock chips and it...
I believe you can fit up to a 35" tire without issues and even a 37 in some instances. I have less real-world jeep experience than you but have been filling my brain with info from this forum for a while. It will be a great resource for you and a bad but good influence. Welcome.
I have checked back on this build a few times at it has progressed. It is amazing. My only concern is where I may have screwed up in life so that I can't have a badass demon swapped jeep.
Congrats on the great looking and performing rig. Nicely done.
No kidding. I have a list and I am still at least a year away from thinking about buying. That may even get extended or killed all together depending on how this divorce pans out. :punch: But dreaming is so good.
I am wondering if anyone has one of those stand-alone griddles, like the Blackstone that seems to be sold at a lot of places. I have been eyes them up for a year but I got a new grill last year so I put it aside. I saw one while I was out today and it got me thinking about it all over again...
I have never named any of my cars but I think when I get my jeep it might get a name. It just seems that jeeps and their owners have a different repport conoared to other cars.
I suppose I could start a poll and ask which do you more pictures of, your jeep or your kids. To me, a jeep is just...
I took out a JTR today while my tires were getting put on rims and the offer the sales guy threw at me was $6851 off the sticker price of $71370 (plus tax) at 3.99% for 96 months, which is just the advertised deal on their website.
So now that I hope we have seen the last of the snow, how was the JT's first winter? How did it handle compared to wranglers or other trucks for those who are able to compare? Is it more jeep or more truck or something in between? Did it meet your expectations in the snow?
This is all great info. Hopefully it will help some of us out.
Exactly. Every dealer I have ever gone into asks that before I get the keys for a test drive.
