I did. If you look closely passenger side gap is a bit smaller close to the hood but not touching. It’s barely noticeable. I also plasti dipped the black and red vent trims 😅

Really good clearance. The wires no longer rub on the grill, they barely touch the bottom black lip of the new grill.

Gotcha. I’m in the market for a front camera and trying to figure out what camera besides OEM fits the front grill housing. What aftermarket brand did you go with and how was the resolution?
