  1. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Installed the Bestop Sunrider soft top. Twice.
  2. Bestop Sunrider adjustment?

just did the damn same thing. It's too cold out right now, but I'll head out and undo the rail and see if I can figure out what to tuck and align Update: one side had good fit, the other was gapping like the photos show. Removed the bad side rail, middle clamp and loosened the good side enough...
  3. Storage Optimization

Debating on ordering this molle rack, just wish getting it into Canada wasn't such a pain. JCR Offroad overhead molle I ordered a cargo net like this to hang over the back seats: Cargo Net Beyond that, an insert tray for the center console and maybe a small, wide Pelican case to slide under...
  4. Trail Rail T-Bolts / T-Nuts

If Amazon ever gets around to the 5 orders I have waiting to ship since May 1, I'll post some pics and observations.
  5. Three piece hard top question

This was a couple years back but the shop charged me about $100 Cdn. I left the top with them which they prepped, taped and did the same black covering that would go on a truck bed. I've never had headliners in my hardtop but both myself and my wife noticed a definite reduction in sound and it...
  6. Trail Rail T-Bolts / T-Nuts

Thanks for digging that up! I'm in Canada so those reviews don't hit our site. That review pretty much shows what I wanted to do, with the molle panel as well. Ordered the Loball locking rail, expecting it May 14th-ish. Going to try mounting it on the side rail and the cab rail.
  7. Trail Rail T-Bolts / T-Nuts

Has anyone tried the Rockymount Loball? It's basically just a locking front fork mount that slides into the rail. I'm interested if a bike fits mounted sideways in the JT since I have the rolling tonneau blocking the cab side. Loball YT link
  8. Is taking the top off a two person job?

I live in Canada where if it's a semi normal year, October to March are below 50. I had full time soft tops on my last three Jeeps and had the youthful endurance to deal with the winters and the eyesight to pierce the cloudy soft windows. I'm old now, it's worth my time and money to either...
  9. Took Delivery of Your JT? Sign in Here!

Back in the proper Jeep family after spending a couple years locked in a Cherokee Trailhawk cage.
  10. Hardtop storage

I don't see why not if that is how you have to store it. Unlike the other Jeeps, the rear isn't slanted or have a hatchback type window. I'd really pad it well. Maybe pool noodles.
  11. Bestop 2-Piece Full Fabric Doors, Front JL SKU: 5175017

Anyone old enough to remember the factory half doors with the fabric upper part? The lower metal half door would need to be adjusted yearly as it would sag and/or not hit the striker properly. The fabric upper was a leaker from day one. We usually added a bead of silicone or caulk to the hard...
  12. Factory Hardtop Headliners + Patches

One solution is that you can buy sheets of velcro from fabric stores which could easily be installed over the headliner. There are numerous premade morale patch boards or sheets that could be installed as well. I never could get patches to properly adhere to a headliner either. Ended up making...
  13. Three piece hard top question

I had a bit of a leak at the middle seam of my last Jeep. It being my third Jeep in my driving life I was used to 'It's a Jeep thing'. Ran some caulk along the seam and the issue went away. I also LineX'd the interior of my last hard top black. This also had the added benefit of a good amount...
