Are you saying they made the fuel tank with the line in a position that would not be able to access all the fuel in the tank? Sounds like a total waste of material making a 22 gallon tank that only has access to 20 gallons.

My 2021 Willys does the exact same thing. Tells me I have a range of 15 miles and then the tank only take about 18 gallons to fill up. I too have wondered if my tank is really 22 gallons but I haven't had the balls or desire to really test it.....

I too found it strange that it would diminish vs just stop. The dealer actually said they checked the thermostat and connections and all were good. I was surprised that it had a thermostat. If it does have a thermostat I wonder if I have heat blowing through the dash vents onto the steering...

Spot on about the gas mileage difference. 2 hour drive on relatively flat highway, shifting between 4th and 5th, there was no difference in the instant fuel mileage. That has me hanging in 4th a little more since there is more power available there

Right from the dealer it did " drift" a bit at speed. I lowered the psi from over 40 to 35 on all 4 tires and it made a noticeable difference.

I'm aware of the Hot head soft top liner. I'm wondering if anyone makes a liner that actually attaches to the soft top ( or the top framing) that could be lowered and raised with the factory top.
