You are probably correct, the procedure I posted was given to me by a current fully certified Jeep technician so as I might avoid having to pay $125 to FCA via the dealership to re-program for the 35 11.50s I had on the Mojave. Before this my issue was shift points.. When using the Jscan you...
Here is a possible: Disconnect all Battery Cables Both + and - (for a decent amount of time over 10 min) This should clear the memory of ECM and Trans Controller.. When you reconnect and drive it get to a safe operating environment and do several 1/2 to 3/4 throttle "hits" where the trans...
I suggest contacting FOX Tech for service recommendations / requirements: [email protected]
Many lift kits have extensions for shocks .. not sure this would apply to our Mojave Fox Shocks; perhaps FOX tech could provide a response.
That is the set up on my Mojave now.. you should measure your tire diameter before you reset your tire size.. the 35's on our rigs (both are 4.10) really measure 34" on 1 and 33.4" on the other tire.. with the PSI set as per a "Chalk Test" both at 27 psi COLD.
Interesting post question.. many things will take on the personality of the owner/observer.. go looking for defects and one can find what they look for..Glass half full or half empty?
Cherokee, the smaller one, had production suspended due to Chip Shortages much of the past 6 months; Compass was down for 5-6 months in 2021 so inventory at dealerships was much less.
They are designed/engineered for different uses.. several Utubes have the Mojave being 90% capable of all the Rubicon does. The Mojave suspension is designed for a entirely different use and ride on highway & at speed on washboard dirt roads and trails is better than the Rubi..
I went with the...

IMO..Your Gladiator did not need that.. Follow the owners manual, use the correct oils and fluids. That is a major profit maker for the sellers/installers. With this post rest assured that will never cross over the grill on mine.
That truck.. Toyota Pickup (United States, 1972–1995). Used list prices today in the 18-21K range today. 1995 Toyota Pickup/Towing capacity 2,000 to 3,500 lbs.
Guess the other question is what's the point of your question in todays' world.
I just checked mine, 21 MOJAVE, it is a Steel Hood. the Mojave is the only Gladiator with steel hood. Definitely check with a Paintless dent Repair specialist; any body shop can recommend the one they use.
IMO 80-90 GL5 should be fine.. Convential "Dino" should be fine; I use Amsoil 75-90 syn in the front with Yukon 4.10s and it should be fine in the rear too. The non-syn label came with the DynaGrip LSD.
Hi 4XE.. In your post you asked: Also will 37s fit the stock rubi? And will 5th tire fit under the bed?
In reading on Forums, NO.. some did post that the KOs are short of 37" and when aired down could be made to fit.. I do know that Toyo 35s measure out at 34.5" with 25psi and it is a tight...
When I installed Yukon Duragrip LSD, it came with a red label .. Do not use Synthetic . if I recall 75-90 and the only non-synthetic I found was from Lucas. What LSD unit do you run in yours. I found the email contact responsive: [email protected]
From the Owners Manual 2021 Mojave..
