I got a 2x8, but didn’t include the neat handle cutout, which I am going to add. I got some rubber buts to put on the bottom to stop any rattle. I also tapered the ends a little to assist in fitting.

Great video. Yes, I have noticed not all Jeep drivers return the wave . When I had my Renegade, a would give a wave to JK some CJs around here, nothing back. Noticed thensam with my Gladiator.

The first JT sold in my area was a red. Saw it on thelot on a Friday, went back to test drive in Saturday, and it was gone! A white one came in a month later, and only lasted three hours on the lot.
A Black one came in two weeks ago, and managed to get it.
