There was a poll when the LE was announced. On the forum, of the folks who answered, 36% said they were ordering Granite Crystal Metallic. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/le-order-color-for-those-that-ordered-an-le.15370/
Now since then, I know of at least 4 of the 20 or so GCM...
The 20 number is more of a poke at the dealer who said 4170 were already built. I think we are still tracking more than 20 Granite LEs on the tracking spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18CzyrrDuUyLk1NNhpOmoabLIUt6JA3BXtR-Tlbthhec/edit#gid=0), and that's just forum members who...
JL's have a problem collecting crap between the fenders and body:

Yeah, what @Skyler7381 beat me to while I...
Yeah, one of the recalls i had on my GC was the software "fix" that enabled autopark. Still screws me up if I open the door. Think it was forced on us shortly after Anton Yelchin's (recent Star Trek Chekov) death: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anton_Yelchin
Hate to be a buzz kill, but Granites were suppose to start building 6/20, so they are 2 weeks behind the paint schedule (if they actually started rolling down the line today). Also if they were going to start building LEs next week, we'd have VINs by now. :swear:
Need someone to call the...
Sweet! Someone mentioned elsewhere that the issue is with Granite fenders and body colored tops (which Granite LEs would have). Would be nice to know if what he sees coming down the line are all Granite, or Granite bodies with black fenders and tops.
Looks like he fixed the original post. Yeah, that one was from around Easter Jeep Safari. Think it was a factory one since they hadn't started shipping yet.
Both Granite and Sting Gray order banks opened about a week before the Job 1 dates, though they have had some restrictions on what top you can get. You can look at the Sting Gray discussion for that history.
They've started building Sting Grays, but it doesn't look like they have started...
@Kimbrowntxselect , I knew I read about it in one of these threads. Just stumbled on it. I think you can follow others that are seeing the same thing starting at this post:
https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/post-your-2020-jt-gladiator-build-status.15244/page-66#post-273927
I got the Gladiator bed crossbars in today (still don't have my JT to install them on). I scanned the instructions in case it helps anyone and Mopar still doesn't list this part on their web site.
There is no spec as far as weight capacity of the crossbars in the instructions. Funny that they...
I think there are 2 different bedliner issues:
Folks (like @Kimbrowntxselect) who had bedliner installed by Jeep during production that did NOT order it that way but it's being added to their build sheet/sticker that was NOT part of the original order
Folks like you where Jeep is requiring the...
If you are cancelling, why do you care what happens to it after you cancel?
The reality is the dealer won't "cancel" it. They will still get it in and put it on the lot for sale. Already seeing those at some dealers.
Depends on your order. Some of us who ordered Granite LEs on 4/3 are STILL waiting for a VIN 3 months later. I think any other option than that, you may get your VIN sooner.
