    i could be wrong, but it looks like the taped portion in your picture is thicker right up to the light then gets thinner. they may be in there and taped up and just stop. but this is strictly a guess looking at the wire thickness.

    didnt read all the comments so sorry if im repeating this, but... in 4 low, if you activate that, it sets like a cruise control. you use ur shifter in manual mode to increase or decrease speed. works on inclines and everything. pretty nice in certain situations.
