I'd guess the dealer did just that. If not, they're on the hook for the warranty. I wouldn't worry. 👍

If your changing it at the dealer they are on the hook for warranty if the oil isn't meeting manufacturers specs.

Sorry you got a "lemon". I have a 2017 jkur that has only seen the dealer 1 time in 90k and a 2022 jt overland with 20164 that has only had oil changes. You just got unlucky. Good luck on the bronco
Mine was 100% while driving, it developed a misfire. I was 3 miles from my dealership so I dropped it off. It had 1700ish miles, they told me it's was a software issue, got it back the next day, no charge. Obviously I don't know what the OP's issue is, just posting mine
