Wow, that does suck. It was about 3 years ago when I had to contact them, and it was painless. That’s too bad customer service has gone downhill like that.

Maybe try calling aal direct. They were very helpful when I had questions about their fender liners.

Tried AAL sequential, quake 6 led non sequential, currently have metalcloak. Metalcloak is the cleanest looking and my favorite so far.

Had AAL fender chop bracket for a little over a year, led began to yellow, but ultimately failed and drl was blinking, amber turns did not work. I was out of warranty so decided to try quakes version, but instead got their leds without sequential, thinking maybe the different design might be...

I had oracle flush mount taillights that failed right after the warranty period ended. Ended up buying rugged ridge led tails and so far so good, one year later. Originally sport s halogen tails.

I have had oracle tails installed since last February that were purchased through northridge. Originally halogen lights and with j scan, have not had any issues so far. Also have aal turns, that had a hyper flash issue as well as intermittent not working and bulb out notifications. AAL...

I just installed the AWE trail version on my ‘20 gladiator and could not be more impressed. Packaging, fit, finish, 10/10. I had an AWE turbo back exhaust on a Gti over 17 years ago and I’m equally satisfied with their product. Keep up the great work and the American made craftsmanship!
