I put one of those in too. It was not a pleasant process as my shoulders really don't fit in that space well. I didn't drop that plate but I did lose a washer back there. It's still there.
The Mopar site says my Overland has M210 and M220 axels. The sticker just says Dana 44s. I guess I will have to crawl under it and see if I can tell. I do have a hitch but not max tow.
