The amount of metal removed is a negligible amount. In experienced hands this is a very simple task that really doesnāt need any further debate lol. Yes I can do it but should I really waste my time and money on a product I just bought?

Thanks for the replies. I emailed there warranty dept and of course they said this is normal. Whatever this is from they should prep the metal better before powder coat. Guess I expected more for 2600+bucks. ā¹ļø
Received my rockslide step sliders and there appears to be lines from the metal brake or whatever is used to form these. Has anybody that owns these noticed this on yours?
For anybody that has these steps. Could you please measure the width and maybe how much usable step there is once mounted? That would be helpful to anyone considering these.
