I think I've narrowed my wheel choice down to two. One is a Fuel brand and the other is Lock Offroad brand. Lock is the cheaper route and kinda my first choice but I don't know much about their quality, I know Fuel wheels are good. I'm super picky about wheels rolling true with no vibration...
Just to follow up for anyone that reads this down the road. I did my trailering last weekend and here are my thoughts and findings. The 5x8 trailer was not loaded with super heavy stuff. The truck had no trouble pulling it. Believe someone said I wouldn't even know it was back there and that...
Comforting to hear the JT will pull with no problem. I pulled a loaded motorcycle trailer with my ZR2 and was hoping for a similar experience. Agree with your #2 as well.
I see you're USAF Retired. Thank you for your service!
I have a 25' Mojave X, V6, and am going to be pulling a 5x8 enclosed u-haul trailer. Cargo is not heavy, some bedding, patio furniture, odds and ends. I've read the owners manual portion for trailering and it doesn't really say much other than the usual tips that most people know. I've pulled...
Does anyone have the Mopar 392 17x8 Machined Bronze wheels on their JT? I'm considering a set of these for my 41 colored Mojave X and would like to see how they look on a JT before buying.
Thanks in advance!

Looks good! I too am on the hunt for the right rim for my 41 color Mojave. I go back and forth with Bronze/Black, all Black, Olive Green Drab. Even looking at the Jeep 392 Bronze factory rims. Your all black looks really good, can never go wrong with all black IMO. 👍👍
Thanks for sharing! Jasper and that whole area of Arkansas is beautiful. I've been there several times on my motorcycle. Highly recommend if you've never been to this area.
Ride quality/comfort is every bit as good in my Mojave as my ZR2. ZR2 felt a little more spacious in the cockpit but I love the interior and layout in the Jeep. Again I’m comparing to a 2019 ZR2. My advice would be to drive both and you’ll know which one is right for you. Can’t go wrong with...
I traded my 2019 Colorado ZR2 (95,000 miles)(V6) for a 2025 Mojave X which currently has 3500 miles. I loved my ZR2 and do miss it some. One of the biggest reasons I went to the Gladiator was to get the removable top and doors, mostly the top. Also, the Jeep was only truck with a V6. I admit...
Very impressed with the Falken Wildpeaks that came on my Mojave X. I have 3500 miles on them and like someone else said, they are quiet (for now) and the ride is impressive IMO. When time to replace I will buy again if they continue to perform well but will move up to a 35. Good luck on your...
They look really good on your truck. I found a set on FB Marketplace but not sure what I'm going to do yet. Definitely one of my favorite rims and being OEM is a benefit IMO. Thanks for the response!
