I Agee with ShadowsPapa. I would get a new electrical cord and and make sure it's tightly connected. We tow our Gladiator behind our rig all the time, (we're full timers), and haven't had any issues.

The best thing I've found for bug removal on windows is a wet used dryer sheet. It will remove the bug guts like magic. It leaves a film on the window that's easily removed with either soap and water or Windex.

I have the Bestop Premium Vinyl with cotton backing in my TJ. I plan on putting them in my JT when I get it. They're easy to clean, just wipe them down with a damp cloth. They do a good job of protecting the cloth seats. Reasonably priced and easy to put on. Bestop.com
