Got the awesome news that my axle showed up today at the dealership. Three weeks to the date. I'll be getting my Gladiator back next week. After having the new Jeep GCL Laredo for a few weeks she wants one for our family car. We enjoyed it as a loaner.

Trust is a word I can't use since I've never been to this dealer before and I don't know them. Looks like the difference between our situations, unfortunately for me.

I rather keep the dealerships loaner because they will get tired of me having their loaner and work harder to get my Jeep fixed. As far as not forget about me. There will be more of an urgency.

Also update. Eta was supposed to be today with axle. No go. Dealership seems to have no idea when. @JeepCares is working with them and might have an update Friday.

?? First loaner 2018 Compass had brake issues (vibrating), second loaner 21 Durango check engine light came on with engine bay vibration. The leaky axle has been a ton of fun so far.

I had a good time working for them. Unfortunately old ownership ran them into the ground. Hopefully they come back stronger.

100% correct. I used to work for Briggs & Stratton (small engines and etc) in Warranty for 15 years.

I currently have a new Durango GT for a loaner. I would like it as the family vehicle no doubt. It's a nice ride. Definitely would always choose my Gladiator over it though even with the axle issue. Just my two cents.

Dropped off at dealership on the 18th. Was told today axle is in transit and eta is the 29th. Dealership told me Chrysler called them in regards to my case and are working on making sure I get the part as soon as possible.

Personally from everything I've read so far I think it's an install flaw on the manufacturing line. Wouldn't be surprised if it's a very defined time frame. I would imagine a Service bulletin will be released to repair shops and when enough data is collected on the time frames of the defects, a...
