Stopped by DIscount Tire on the way home and bought a spare tire/wheel combo. I went with the 37 x 12.5 x 17 on a rim that has the proper off set to use as a funcitonal spare on the road. I hope I will never need it, but at least I have it. I will find out if it fits underneath the bed once...
I feel your pain. I was in the same situation, but I had incentive for the original FOB. My wife bought me two key FOB covers before I bought the Jeep. She knew I was going to come back with it before I knew it, lol. We did not know it only came with one key FOB. I needed the original...
Thanks for your response. I actually looked at that one and it was $160.00 more for one tire than the 37x12.5 Milestar Patagonia. On the 17x75 rim, I am worried about the backspacing/possible scrubbing.
I have had the Jeep for a month now and will start making several long road trips. I am in the "Need a full sized spare club" and very happy that it will fit underneath the truck bed.
I want a full functioning spare by the cheapest set up possible. It does not need to be a matching rim or...
I bought a used Gladiator that came with only one key fob. I ordered through the dealership. They use the VIN number to get exact FOB required and it does have the Jeep logo. Also, it is the correct one to have the key laser cut to operate all of the locks in the Jeep. As stated above, they...
Same here. Running 37 x 13.5 x 17's on the 4.10 max tow package. I was very pleasantly surprised with the acceleration and fuel economy. I am averaging 18.4 MPG, city/highway with about 75% highway driving. I have a 93 4.0 YJ, MT, 35's, 4.56 gears. This is far superior in every way.
That is what I was thinking. The PO did a lot of really nice upgrades and modifications. I found receipts for some tucked away and others I am discovering as I get acclimated to it. I have not had it for a month yet. I would buy the PO a beer if I ever met him. All of the upgrades are nice...
I am still trying to figure out the mods, etc that the previous owner put on the Jeep. This is not a complaint. Just a fact finding mission, lol. The stop/start works fine. I prefer not use it part of the time depending on traffic. I use the button to turn it off. From what I am reading...
Thanks for your response. It will probably be a week before I can get to it, but I will. I checked again this morning. Everything is working, but the passenger reverse light. I do have updated information. I just went out and tested the lights and the passenger side reverse light is now...
Add me to the list for the rear glass leaking. It appears to 3 very small leaks. I guess I will be heading to the dealership. I bought this used on March 24th with a little over 36,000 miles. I did purchase the estended full warranty. I was not wanting to have to use it already.
