i understand the off the ground argument, however, I like to drive around and do some exploring during the day. I can't imagine having to pack up each morning, so for me, it doesn't make sense. just my $0.02
ok, cool, I ordered mine. got the vented windoor on the driver side and the slider with pet screen on the passenger side plus sliding window at the front and free headliner, color match. should be cool.
does having the cap make removing the hard top more difficult? in other words, can you just lift it strait up and out or is there anything in the way that requires you to remove the bed cap first?
I am running sport with max tow and 34s. the truck has a bit of rake and I had been thinking about the daystar .75 or the teraflex 1 inch level kit.
after doing Longwater Gulch and Hackett mountain (difficulty 5-6) this past weekend with stock suspension.... well, I did it.... but another 1-2...
thats sick. i like it. only the 2nd topper that's looked decent so far IMO, although I would like to see the side view and how it matches up with the hard top
Cool, yeah it’s awesome. I haven’t used tiedowns as I was afraid that it would tweak on the windshield. I’ve just let it rest on the rubber bumpers and it doesn’t really seem to bounce much. I’d be curious if others think tying it down is the way to go. I thought having the flex might be safer
So not throwing stones here, to each their own and I know some will say I don’t plan on doing that. But, after many years of being difficult to fold down the windshield Jeep has finally made it VERY easy and I’m addicted. The second I turn off the pavement and it’s awesome. Just saying you might...
