If you donāt have the front trail cam, I highly recommend the Bolt hood lock. It goes in the center of the grill, looks factory, and uses the flip key on the factory fob.
Studebaker Champ truck or, Lark. Slightly modified. There used to be a debate on who used that grill first. Studebaker, or Mercedes. Love them Studyās. My very first vehicle was a 1950 2r5 pickup.
When I was in high school, I worked in a Chrysler dealerships body shop after school. We worked on a lot of wrecked Cordobas. Iāve sat in a lot of that Corinthian leather. They had a Super Bird on a turn table in the show room. Just about everyday, after the big wheels went home, someone would...
A couple of years ago, we bought my daughter a used Grand Cherokee from Benson. My daughter was due for an oil change and tire rotation. She lived in Easley at the time, so took it to McKinney. (Despite my telling her bring it to me, as I do all my own maintenance on our vehicles). Anyway, two...
I wouldnāt have taken it to McKinney, even if thatās where you bought it. I wouldnāt let their service department touch my vehicle. If I were you, Iād try for a second opinion from Benson in Greer. It may have most, or even all of the damage stated, but it seems far fetched to me. Not trying...
I put a Leer topper on a couple of weeks ago, and Iām actually getting almost 2 mpgās more. Driving habits, fuel sources, nothing has changed. I figured Iād get less, due to the weight difference between it and the bed cover I had on it before.
We had a guy when I worked at a fab shop years ago that made one. He used starter fluid, at first. One day, at lunch, he experimented with acetylene. We heard an explosion back in the weld shop, and thought a tank fell over and blew. About 5 of us ran back there, to find him standing there with...
Get a set of left hand drills. The rotation and heat will often break it loose when it gets a good bite in it. Just make sure you hold it straight and take your time.
I have a factory bed cover for sale. Decent shape, all brackets. Youāll need the rivet nuts to install, otherwise, complete. Iāll take $350 for it. Nothing wrong with it, I put a shell on my truck and donāt need this anymore. Prefer not to ship. Thanks.
I have been lucky. My ā20 Overland has only had the rear window leak, which I fixed by running a bead of black silicone around, and the radio glitched once. I believe the radio may have been an update. Quality now a days has went down across the industry. I took an early retirement after...
Thanks. I was just looking at that. Iād prefer side windows, to avoid blind spots. But, that does look pretty nice. The dealer I bought mine from has a trade in on their lot, with exactly what Iām looking for, but, they wonāt sell just the camper.
What kind of little complaints? Iām looking for one, and may end up ordering one. Iāve heard about a lot of quality issues with the A.R.E. lately, and am hesitant to order one. I watched their video of the new window robot the other day. Thatās the main thing Iād seen, were window issues. I had...
Looking for a camper top, preferably within 200 miles or so of Greenville S.C. Prefer either Firecracker Red, or textured black. I would consider other colors, and just have it painted. Looking for one with slider windows on both sides. Any other options also would be considered. Iāve seen a...
Looking to buy a bed cap, I prefer A.R.E., or Leer. I will consider others. Prefer black textured, or Firecracker Red. I would also consider other colors, as I can alway texture coat it black. Prefer slider windows, any other options would be considered. Preferably within 200 miles of...
Thanks for the answer. Iām about 10 hours away, but interested. Do the rear sliders have screens, and what type front window is in it? Not trying to bug you, just interested. Thanks for your time.
