There is no “magic” button to lock the first flap of the rollup bed cover on my Rubi. There is nothing that locks into the tailgate to secure that first flap either. There is only the interference of the rubber seal to the tailgate that secures it. I don't get it..... there is a key lock on...

Got my black Rubi a week ago off the lot. 400 miles and loving it! Sure gets a lot of looks and waves. Pretty much loaded. Bit different from my '48 CJ2a!!!
