Thanks for your response, so you didn't loosen the control arms on the rear either ?

Can someone please help? These instructions do not mention loosening the rear upper and lower control arm bolts to lower axle and remove the rear coils. Is this correct? Can you remove those rear springs without loosening the rear upper and lower control arm bolts? Thanks for your help.

I think your tongue weight and trailer weight are good, just wondering if it is leaning forward a bit too much.

I suspect a lot of bounce could be too heavy on the tongue, I think you have WDH, that should eliminate this though. Is the trailer level when hooked up?

I seemed to get a mile or two better mpg, but not enough to justify the price. I tried it as I heard some clacking (valves I assume), still heard it at certain speeds/ grade so went back to the cheap stuff.

I would recommend reviewing your payload sticker on the door. You usually run out of payload before you run out of tow capacity in my opinion. 15% of trailer weight, on average is your tongue weight and when resting on your hitch takes away from payload, then people and gear take away from...
