I only ever saw one around here. It was a Sting Gray Rubicon lifted on 37's. I saw it and went and got one the next day. Now I see them everywhere, its crazy.

I read in another forum that there was some issues with the foglight bulbs just spraying light everywhere but it was fixed by capping the ends of the bulbs. I did this with electrical tape before installing and they work perfectly......
Headlights...
I went the cheap route of replacing the headlights, fogs, drl, and turn signals with led bulbs. It was still a night and day difference from the stock halogens. The headlights have a pretty solid low beam cutoff and I have yet to have anyone flash me or anything. Turn signals worked fine, no...
If I would go with the ATIII Load C in the 285/75, I am assuming it wouldn't kill the gas mileage, handling, braking, etc. Ive read a lot it seems these things are pretty temperamental when you start getting into larger tires.....I Was trying to stay away from Load E anyway.....
Agreed! I like the white outline as opposed to the solid white block letters. That was kind of my hang up with those couple I was looking at. If I can get the white outline on those Firestones that may be a winner.
I had not seen those, those look pretty nice. I was originally torn between the Falken's that come on the Rubicons, the Ridge Grapplers, and the Toyo ATIII......
Got it. That's what I was assuming in the research I was doing, but figured I could get a more clear and direct answer here, this is my first Jeep so I am still learning.
Thank you. I just don't want something that sticks out and throws rocks and stuff all over my paint. A little would be fine, but rather have them about flush if possible. Trying to avoid spacers. Maybe Ill stick with the 285/70-17 just to be safe. I don't do any hard wheeling, mostly a DD and...
Hi All - Hoping to get some help. I have a '21 Willys about to add my Teraflex leveling kit. If I wanted to keep the stock 17's and just go to a larger tire, what size would you recommend. Can you run a 33 on the stock 17's, I think they are only 7.5 wide. I was also looking at a 295/70-17. Do I...
Thats pretty interesting. Maybe I need to go with the Rough Country kit and call it a day......
Did you upgrade the shocks? It looks like it comes with shock relocation brackets to use the stock shocks. Any issues with it?
Thats why I was looking at the 1.5 inch Teraflex kit. It got me real close on the gap, and everything I read said anything under 2 inches doesn't really need additional upgrades. Plus I figure I could still throw a 33-34 inch tire under it thats a little wider with a spacer and call it a day.
Makes sense. I am not so much concerned with improving off road performance dramatically or anything like that. I just think leveled trucks are much more visually appealing. Plus its a daily driver with the kids so I don't want to get too crazy. Just something I can throw some true 33-34 inch...
When I measured my wheel gap with my Jeep sitting level, the the 1.5 inch would get me within a half inch of sitting perfectly level. Close enough for me, and I do tow a small trailer periodically. But a 2 inch would be perfect.
How much lift did the rubicon front springs give you? Im not looking to change the back springs, just want a little more leveled out look. Did you go to a wider tire also? Running wheel spacers?
That Nacho color is sweet.....
34-34.5 would probably be perfect. I don't want to do a full lift with the kids that already have a hard time crawling in it, lol. I did read that anything over 2 inches on the level requires additional suspension modifications to keep the alignment and tracking correct, any insight on that? I...
Hi All,
New Willys Owner, first time Jeep owner. I absolutely love it. I do have a question. If I wanted to do a simple leveling kit and some 33 or 35 inch tires on the stock wheels. Whats the best setup? Wheel spacers? Thanks!
