Hi - did you ever get this figured out? Took out my all weather mats and the passenger front (from my 2020 Gladiator) and it was pretty wet under there. Opened the hood to see if I could find this mysterious cowl drain people speak of but it's pouring here so didn't see it in the 30 seconds I...
Anyone happen to know the best/cheapest place to buy one? I know (I think I know) I want the bestop, so are there any coupons or codes floating around? Guessing no but figured I'd ask.
Do you have an updated review? I've changed my mind and think the sunrider may be the way I'll be headed for the summertime. For those who've had the soft top, am I better off just waiting for that and installing that for the summer? I've never had a vehicle like this before so not sure what...
I got mine sprayed in yesterday - was included as a "we owe you" when I bought from the dealer (I didn't haggle on price at all and the sales guy volunteered that they have a local shop that does line-x, so I was cool with it). Would've been $625 if I paid for it myself, and like has been...
On the Quadratec site they listed these as fitting both the JL and the JT. If that was only related to the front (I got both front and rear), I'll probably return and order that ebay set.
Glad I searched before asking the question. How much better are the Mopar version than the Toyota ones? And do we think Mopar is going to offer cleats for sale at some point in the near future? I need about four more of those buggers.
Does anyone know where to get a bed extender from? Would love to be able to carry other stuff in the bed when my bikes are in there.
Ordered a shorty antenna, sill protectors, and tail light protectors yesterday (all Quadratec).
Thanks for the response. When I re-read my post I was hoping it wasn't coming across as combative (certainly wasn't intended to be, but always wary of how text gets interpreted by the reader). Definitely seems like an upgrade for the summertime, but (at this point - opinion is subject to...
Is the sunrider really that much better than the freedom tops? It takes me about two minutes from start to finish to put them into the bed in their holder.
I was just going by the additional cost if the soft top was selected - if they price it higher than the $600 on the website as an option, would bestop generally have it cheaper? If so, I might wait until that comes out.
Sorry for spamming this thread, but since I'm here - my Rubicon had everything I wanted save for the following:
Soft top
All weather slush mats
Wireless bluetooth speaker
Spray in bedliner
Smokers group
The dealership gave me a "we owe you" for the bedliner and I'm going to get that done...
Are the aftermarket tops generally superior to OEM? Or generally equal quality and cheaper? Forgive my ignorance - this is the first Wrangler-esque vehicle I've ever had. If they're simply cheaper, the OEM top is only like $600 so I certainly would just get that. If they're better, that's a...
Picked up mine today. Excited to start putting some miles on it.
Quick question - this came with the hard top only. Any idea the best place to buy the soft top? Would dealers have spares or is that something to order? Is aftermarket preferred?
Thanks.
