AEV 2.5" lift is a healthy 3"-- and your 33" tires will look ridiculously small. I have a 2.5" lift with 35s and upgraded to 37" bc even the 35s IMHO looked way too small...
Clayton Offroad vs Mopar-- not even in the same league. CO all day long-- I'm running 37" BFG KO2s on the CO Overland Plus lift with Falcon adj 3.3s. I had the Mopar lift on a previous JK-- there are way better lifts... I just ordered Revolution 4.56 gears, for the cost, 4.10s not worth it
Stock is too soft-- once you get stiffer springs, stiffer shocks and other access like geo correction brackets and adjustable steering stabilzer and the appropriate tire pressure... fantastic!
AEV 2" puck lift and 35s-- AEV 2.5" (closer to 3") and 37s... look at the two AEV website builds, that's how the do it and recommended tire sizes per each lift.
35's will look like roller skates-- trust me, I made that mistake too. Same lift (taller than adver). Go with 37's (BFG TA/KO2s) are very quiet, light and eat up a lot of road noise that other tires don't and very capable offroad. They also make a "C " rating in a 37 x 12.50 x 17!
