My Milestar Pats have over 40k on them and I was planning on switching to the new Milestar Pat XT, mainly because I don’t off-road much anymore and the truck is primarily used on-road. I want something that still looks aggressive, but is much quieter and provides good performance in rain and...
Okay folks, same problem everyone has - aux battery not charging. Took it to the dealer (regretfully, wish I would have read more threads) and they quoted me $1100 to replace both batteries citing both failed their test. I left and decided to do it myself. It was easy, took about 30 minutes...
UPDATE: Sorry, it’s taken me a week to share the rest of the story. Service advisor called and told me the cam/lifter/rocker repair was complete. He then went on to tell me that there is still a ticking sound, which they could not hear over the sound of the previous issue. They diagnosed this...
For the record, they did not tell me about the $400 charge upfront. They told me about it after they took the engine apart and diagnosed the issue. They should have told me when I pulled the truck into the service center, as the GM admitted.
UPDATE: After not receiving a call back from anyone in the service department, I called and left a voicemail with the general manager. He called me back an hour later and is going to take care of the $410 "fee" for the tires and bumper. Although, he did stand by their "policy" to charge...
Not much of an update. I told the service advisor that I thought the charges were unreasonable and asked to speak to the service manager. The manager was supposed to call me yesterday and didn't. I called my advisor again today and he told me he would transfer my call to the manager. I was on...
Here is a link to pictures I posted awhile back.

I also reached out to Jeep Customer Care. Their only advice was to take it to a different dealer, which I might ultimately do. Appreciate your...
I have 37's. Nothing crazy. I brought up the fact that it's possible to buy this truck from the dealership with these exact mods. The advisor said they would charge for this even if the truck was purchased from the dealer (a different dealer) with the oversized tires and bumper/winch installed...
Need some help on this one. I'll go ahead and tag @JeepCares as well. Took my 2020 JTO (40k miles) in due to the classic lifter tick. Dealership diagnosed it as both camshafts damaged and also requires replacement of rockers and lifters for intake side. This repair is covered under the...
Couldn’t find a direct answer on this. I currently have the .75 inch Daystar leveling kit on my Gladiator and, with the new bumper and winch, I think I need another .75 inch to make it level. Can I buy a second Daystar .75 inch leveling kit and stack the spacers? I know other brands allow you to...
Spoke to a different service manager today and he ordered the parts for the TSB. Said they will be here February 20 and that there are a few people ahead of me. It’s crazy that it basically just depends which service manager you talk to. You would think (and hope) that all service managers at...
Took mine to the dealer today for the TSB. The service advisor I spoke to yesterday said he was familiar with the TSB and that they “probably” had the parts in stock since they’ve done a few others recently. The service rep I spoke to this morning when I dropped it off didn’t appear to be too...
Thanks, guys. I should have mentioned the recalibration. Yes, I have the Tazer mini and am pretty sure I entered in all of the info correctly. I entered in the tire size from the Internet, but maybe I need to do a real measurement and see if it’s different. I also had the truck aligned to meet...
Folks, I need some advice/guidance here. I recently had the following mods done (from a stock Overland automatic): Mopar 2 inch lift, adjustable track bar, and falcon adjustable steering stabilizer, followed by 37x12.5x17 Milestar Patagonia’s with KMC wheels. I’ve driven it about 800 miles and...
Overland takeoff suspension including stock steering stabilizer and track bar. Taken off at around 11k miles. Located in Charlotte, NC. Local pickup only.
Finally made some modifications at about 11k miles:
Rugged Ridge Arcus Front Bumper with overrider
Red tow hooks
Badland 12,000lb winch
Astra-Depot flip up license plate holder
Mopar 2 inch lift
Daystar 3/4 inch leveling kit
Skyjacker adjustable track bar
Teraflex Falcon Nexus adjustable...
