I tend to agree. Some of it will depend on if I can find a model near me with (most of) the options I want, which seems unlikely. But I think something based off of the Sport S is a good choice.
Hey, thanks for that. I think it's worth it for us, especially since my wife is not really used to driving in bad weather, and you can lock it into 4H also.
Yeah, I have similar wants/needs. I bet you're excited to get yours next week!
I've gone through the Build and Price section of the Jeep website probably 30 times. There's never an instance where the current new inventory matches what I want... Not even close. I'm probably stuck with ordering...
That's exactly my thinking as well. I grew up in WV, so I am really familiar with KY!
Yeah, those are big factors. I do like the extra payload of the Willys and Sport S Max Tow, though. Weight adds up quickly with bumpers and a family and such.
I'm in Savannah, GA right now, so I'm about 530...
Just got a casual quote for A Mojave. I did this to test the dealership and have no intention of buying this specific Mojave... Doesn't have the options I want. But can someone tell me why I'd pay $899 for "PERMA PLATE NEW", $499 for "Tint and Edge Guards", and $995 for Proc/Doc Fees? Am I...
Thanks, will do.
Yeah, it's a toss up. The Willys gives you things like rock sliders and LSD with it, but you can't get the Dana 44s. I'm actually not crazy about the Willys wheels. I like the Rubican/Mojave ones best!
I didn't think to search by package names... ?
You know, this is up in the air right now and I would actually need a bit of help answering those questions. My life right now, hopefully, will be completely different a year from now, and I will buy with that in mind when that change is certain...
Hey Chandler, I'm currently in the same boat. I haven't pulled the trigger yet, and I'm deciding between trims also. One of the things that people have mentioned to me is your likely use. What is your lifestyle? Are you new to off-roading or going off pavement at all? Do you know you will be...
I've test driven an Overland and a Mojave. I liked the Mojave better. I have to go over an hour away to test drive a Willys, which I'll do next weekend, and I'll drive a Rubicon while I'm at it.
I think I'm going to have to order. Everything I've seen comes with things I don't want and are...
It would really help if Jeep's website allowed you to search nationwide, or if a website like cars.com or autotrader.com allowed you to laser in on all the options. Tall order, I know!
Holy hell, how did you get a Mojave with Selec-Trac for $42k?? The problem is, NONE of the dealerships in my area have Rubicons or Mojaves will all the options I want, and there is literally one Sport S models on the lot, with aftermarket wheels and a lift that I don't like. No Willys models...
Thanks, @AmishMike. In some respects, this is all theoretical because my family and I haven't moved yet. We are very interested in Alaska, actually, but our move is coming at the end of the year. But we are familiar with cold weather and snow, despite living in Georgia now. ? I was thinking...
