I wish that were true, but then again I don't. I ordered a Willys, through my dealer with the specific options I wanted, on 29 July 2021 and signed up for Tread Lightly the same day. My Jeep was at the dealer and I took delivery before my Tread Lightly 30 days had passed. I suppose I could have...
Wired mine into the Aux2 circuit that I already was using for the rear rack lights. I did not want them to come on for regular backing duties, just when I chose for them to. I have plenty of rear lighting now for camping, loading/unloading, hitching up the trailer, etc.
As already mentioned, the #5 wire. Though I didn't hook that wire up for the 1st 8 months. Only reason I did was because I was already doing some other wiring and it didn't add much to my time to hook it up. My alternator really hasn't seemed to notice being hooked up or not. Yes, I have the...
I've been running the Renogy 50amp model for over a year now. Also have 200 watts of solar going into the DC to DC charger. My fridge has run the entire year through all 4 seasons (Virginia).
I posted my desperation here and in the Wrangler Forum because I have gone long enough. I want to get *ucked and I want to get *ucked now!
I clean up good and I hang out in all the cool parking lots, but there's still no *ucking for poor me. My wife Bonnie gets *ucked by anonymous strangers all...
As I recall, I optioned the insulation, dual strip LED lighting, triple 12v socket, windoors left and right, sliding front glass that is also removable for cleaning, and the bigger A.R.E. roof basket.
A year later, I'm still very happy with it.
Jim Morrison, one of the Jeep VP's, said during the new Compass and Xtreme Recon reveal that the Gladiator sold over 30,000 units in the 2nd quarter alone.
Welded a Heavy Duty HF trailer, but kept the bolts as backup. Added a 2x2 "spine" to stiffen it, which actually forms the tongue on the front and hitch on the back. Swapped to new a 3500lb axle. Truck bed coated all.
Upper portion is 2x10's. I wanted a very strong trailer. Roof is made to be...
The JT?
2020 Rubicon, Mopar 2", 315/70/17 KO2's, A.R.E. topper, DECKED, AWE Tread Edition dual exhaust,, Ham, GMRS, dual battery, 200 watts solar, fridge, etc.
The trailer?
I made it.
Gator is still the color I would pick if I were ordering it again.
Took the family to the Shenandoah Valley for the week.
Pablo thought I was going to have him ride in the trailer, the goofball, but it's for non-breathing cargo only.
