Hi, like an idiot I pulled off the rear taillight wiring harness from the board. It's the connection to the "chip" board inside the round housing in the main housing. It's an LED with BSM. Can I just replace the "chip" part without getting a complete taillight?
No worries. The mopar cover is down and the 10" rack is from VooDoo. The brackets does not limit the weight, same as without. 600lbs I believe. The cover can slide backwards but it takes some maneuvering to latch/unlatch from the brackets.
Honestly I just got it hoping to have explored but can't with COVID. While in the driveway, it's very roomy. Wife and I plan to stay in the annex while the kids(16,13,8) get the penthouse. Plenty of room. RTTs are definitely a novelty for us but I am convinced we will enjoy it. I'd enjoy...
I went through the same conundrum and ultimately decided on a soft tent due to price. We went with the ROAM with an annex(with nowhere to go). We are a family of 6 but my oldest will be in college next year so she'll be left out. :)
I'm also in Mass(Pembroke), my plan is to do some beach...
Before I got the Gladiator I was looking at the Raptor. Definitely both capable trucks for different purposes. I can't afford both but the wife said go with the Jeep. I obliged. :-)
I just got the same done to my '18 JL. We are at 16k miles and it worked until just recently. Battery was not at the right voltage so ESS doesn't work. They replaced both batteries under warranty.
This seems like a killer deal for a hard case if you’re in for the annex and an awning. Much less than a Roofnest plus an annex or more. I just purchased a soft RTT but will circle back if I can swing the hard cover version with annex.
I had a similar issue on my '18 JKUR with an older opener (18years old Chamberlain w/rolling code). Programmed with the newer opener in one of my bays without issue. Couldn't get the older one to take so I ended up just using the original remote for over a year. I settled on it not being...
I ultimately went with the JScan solution which ended up much more economical and pretty easy to set up. Worth a try if you don't want to spend on the Tazer.
Yes there's room. See this post.
@JWest One thing I forgot to mention, the rack sits right in the middle of the back window so it does get in the way of the rear view mirror. Doesn't bother me though.
Thanks!
Yeah definitely, you just can't roll it back like usual but instead you'd pull it through the channels and roll it up at the end. Isn't difficult by any means. The rack can be installed with more room in the rear or front of the bed. I chose the front so I can roll up the cover and...
