I'm even shorter than you but on 37s and use this exact technique to pop my hood lol.
Edit: I think Jeep did had short people in mind when deciding whether to mount the strut to the hood or radiator support like most vehicles.
For reference. My oil pressure at idle fully warmed up is 17-18 psi. Some aftermarket filters can gives you issues with low pressure due to the smaller output oring isn't seated in far enough.
The beef i have with most aftermarket tailights is there uneven light intensity when looking from an angle. It's always one is brighter than the other. Sometimes even viewing directly from behind too. And, the actual quality of the LED and circuitry sucks.

The fins on the ZF appears deeper and runs down nearly the whole length of the pan vs the PPE just half way. I gotta craw under mine to checks for clearance
Start putting some money a side every months for mods and maintenance.
