To put things in perspective I have had to deal with Bestop customer service twice, best service ever with one, pathetic with the other. Sometimes you have a bad day even with a great company.
Are you driving on Rumble Strips when this happens? JK, my jack was loose when I got mine, it made some strange noises, not rattling, more like a low droning sound at highway speeds.
I had a wrangler with the 5.0 once and I will never buy another Jeep. Actually I agree, I have the 8.4 now and even though I like it more than the 5.0 I would rather spend the bucks on something else, I'm fine with my cell phone for everything I need.
I remember the salesman when I bought mine. This Gladiator over here comes with 4 wheel drive, it was a Willys. Nah, I kinda had my eye on a 2wd Rubicon, got any of those? He looked for one.
Sting grey instead of black, but I got it when they were heavily discounting them and it was equipped as I wanted it plus I already had an Anvil JK before. But black shows every little flaw and I certainly don't wash the thing more than once a month if that much. But it's a Jeep so who cares.
Finally got the EZ Fold. Long story short, if you order from the mfg you might want to do it on line and NOT over the phone. About the only thing they got right is the town I live in and the ability to charge me for it?
